How to Read Poker Hands
We’ll teach you poker hand rankings from top to bottom — so you’ll know exactly what beats what in Texas Hold’em. You’ll also learn how to read the board and award the winning hand correctly every time.
Understanding Player Actions
You’ll master the basic player options: Check, Bet, Raise, Call, Fold, and Pot. We’ll break down what each move means, when to use it, and how to follow the action without getting lost in the hand.
Poker Etiquette: Do’s & Don’ts
Beginner poker players make common mistakes — and that’s okay! In this risk-free setting (no real money involved), we’ll cover key lessons like:
• How to verbalize actions
• Avoiding string bets
• The single oversized chip rule
Mistakes are welcome here — it’s how you learn without the pressure of a real-money game.
